Women Can

Hayley Solich founded Women Can International Inc in 2007. Her vision was to build a community of strong women who could walk beside and guide other women through life. She saw the value of community, of sharing and of caring and how powerful it can be to connect women together. So this community of women who are motivated, excited about all that life has to offer began.

“My goal in founding Women Can International Inc was and is to empower women to take the next step in their journey. For some that will be a small step forward and for others it will be a huge step. For both it will be a step of self-determination.” - Hayley Solich

During 2008 Hayley established the Girlfriend Club, a monthly social program under the Women Can International Inc banner. Over the ensuing year the group met in restaurants throughout Perth city and northern suburbs, culminating in a Women’s Forum entitled Discover Your Passion at the Arena Joondalup in September 2008.

“The object of the Girlfirend Club program was to encourage women to not neglect their girlfriend relationships, as these are very valuable in their lives. By providing a forum where women could meet together with their girlfriends as well as meeting other inspirational women, the opportunity for positive community development is very high and this has been our experience. Every Girlfriend Club has been a huge success with women always saying they didn’t want to go home because it was SOOOO beneficial.”

Hayley also launched the Woman of Spirit Personal Challenge Quest, electing to run a Commando Kick Butt Training program as her personal challenge and taking 10 women along on the journey. See the video for more information about this event.

Not only did it grow my base of women in my life who are strong and inspirational, but it also brought my personal trainer into my world, Geoff Quinsee, who is so gifted at getting the best out of me.
