Up Front Training & Motivation are offering young women the opportunity to learn how to create their own business.
Hosted by Hayley Solich, this one night a week training and mentoring program will be starting in early 2010.
“I’m hoping to attract young, passionate women who want to start to create a business that is the first step in their business ownership pathway. So many young women are sold the ‘find a partner, build the house and have the children dream’. Consequently, they miss out on the opportunity to really grab hold of life and squeeze the juice out of it. This program aims to motivate and inspire young women to start businesses that will in years to come be successful, thriving, creative enterprises that provide for their future,” says Program Coordinator Hayley Solich.
On successful completion of the course students will receive:
- Certificate of Participation and a letter of recommendation
- Access to Hayley Solich’s resource network including over 7,000 contacts on Twitter and 500 plus contacts on Facebook as well as her local network of business contacts
- The Make-It-Happen training manual
- Weekly group training sessions
- Monthly mentoring support from a qualified Business Mentor
- Our Make-It-Happen Basic Business Tool Kit (Daily Planner, Business Planner, Marketing Strategy Planner & 500 Business Cards)
And access to the exclusive, “Business Blast Off” program.
Students will learn how to:
- Create a business plan and marketing strategy
- Evaluate business concepts and opportunities
- Conduct market research
- Conduct an environmental scan
- Define their target market
- Register a business

“The question of whether or not to start a business can easily be answered with another question. Will you be committed to carry that business through to success? Are you willing to still be doing that business in 2, 5 and 10 years time from now? Anyone can start something but not many finish what they start. If you can’t answer that question in the affirmative, then starting a business is not for you. Business is not for the fainthearted. It takes courage, intelligence and commitment, but it can be the most rewarding experience of your life!” – Hayley Solich
