I have to say that music composition is one of those rare joys that I have been indulging in since I got my IMac computer. Using Garage Band has made it possible for me to create my own recording studio right in my home. A huge thanks to Apple Computers!

Sometimes we need miss the suffering of others when we are caught up in the beauty of our own world. If we could just balance our care with our carefreeness I think the earth would be a great place to live. What is the point of our prosperity if we leave others in their suffering?
This is a song that I started to write with Jackie Ralph, my girlfriend’s sister. Thanks Jack for giving me such a great start with this one. I’d love to one day record this with you!

This is a song that I wrote for a girlfriend at one of my daughter’s birthday parties.
After many years, I have finally been able to record it.
It is soft, lilting and soothing, with a positive and uplifting message. Enjoy!

Many years ago I wrote this song for my husband. He was struggling with inner demons, things he felt a lot of shame about but was stuck on.
I have performed it many times since then and everytime I do, people come up to me and say that it really touched their hearts and an openness comes for healing.
