This is a song that I wrote for a girlfriend at one of my daughter’s birthday parties.
After many years, I have finally been able to record it.
It is soft, lilting and soothing, with a positive and uplifting message. Enjoy!

Many years ago I wrote this song for my husband. He was struggling with inner demons, things he felt a lot of shame about but was stuck on.
I have performed it many times since then and everytime I do, people come up to me and say that it really touched their hearts and an openness comes for healing.
It is not every day that I feel really proud of one of my children. Tonight my daughter, Sarah, aged 11 years has made my heart sing with joy. Why? Tonight Sarah honoured her mother with the privilege of working with her to record a song I wrote.
All I can say is that I am so moved by the experience of working with my daughter who has such a great voice for one so young.
